Our data recovery service pricing is fixed and transparent with no hidden costs or surprises and we keep you notified throughout the process. If an Advanced or Advanced Plus service is required we will always seek your approval prior to commencing recovery.
If successful you pay the set price recovery fee once the data has been rescued. It is commercially in our interest to be successful, but if this is not the case the only charge would be for carriage. Alternatively we can securely dispose of your device free of charge. There is an administration fee of £60 which includes delivery and secure packing to and from the agent.

You may have a 'device not recognised' error on a USB device, or a 'hard drive not detected' error on your laptop or PC. The corruption may lead to the whole system becoming inoperable, or individual files may become unintelligible or completely unsusable.
