clickMarlow.co.uk provides a friendly and professional technical service to small and medium businesses and to individuals requiring reliable and affordable help locally in Marlow and surrounding areas.
We're not a big company so you get a really personalised service from Brian Tibbels who will guide you through all the options available to resolve your problem in the most effective way. With over 28 years experience in the computer industry we have a broad range of hardware, programming and application software skills ranging from computer component replacement through to web programming and from custom software to broadband setup.
Marlow resident Joanne Jong and local business owner Brian Tibbels have teamed up to help school children in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire who don't have access to a working laptop. We're particularly interested in appealing to companies upgrading their laptop stock and having old inventory to get rid of. The criteria is simple. As long as the laptop is running Windows 7 or above and comes with a power supply then we can repurpose it for the children of Bucks & Berks some of whom are desperately in need of these to complete their online studies.

We are currently achieving a 93% success rate for board repairs across all products including iMacs and MacBooks. Symptoms might be no power or 5 beeps on powerup which usually indicate a hardware failure. Other failures such as no boot device (folder with question mark) can still be fixed conventionally. Hardware fixes can take up to 2 weeks.
