The 2022 TikTok Women’s Six Nations drew to a close on Saturday, with England claiming the crown – and the Grand Slam - with a 24-12 victory over France in Bayonne.

There was still time for more drama elsewhere too, as Italy and Ireland both claimed late victories on the final day to wrap up a thrilling six weeks of international rugby.

It propelled Ireland into fourth, and Italy fifth behind second-placed France and Wales in third, with Scotland completing the table in sixth.

While England may have shone as the best team, there were plenty of standout individual performers across the nations – here's our team of the championship.

15. Helena Rowland (England)
Moved to full-back halfway through the campaign and thrived in the position, setting up five tries in all.

14. Lydia Thompson (England)
Five tries in all, Thompson served a reminder that among England’s young flyers, there is still room for an experienced campaigner.

13. Emily Scarratt (England)
The tournament’s top points-scorer and skipper in the Grand Slam game, oh and she brought up 100 caps in Leicester in Round 4.

12. Beatrice Rigoni (Italy)
A magician with the ball, Rigoni was at her whimsical best in this campaign and is as entertaining a player as there is in the game.

11. Chloé Jacquet (France)
Out of position but we had to find a space for her, a budding superstar having just turned 20, her try against Wales was glorious.

10. Zoe Harrison (England)
Tasked with filling the boots of Katy Daley-Mclean and Harrison looks up to the task, even with the yellow card in Bayonne.

9. Laure Sansus (France)
Six tries in barely 240 minutes on the park, and set up six more. France were a different team when Sansus was playing.

1. Linda Djougang (Ireland)
Incredibly dynamic around the park and scrummaging improved over the course of the campaign. Also put in the tackle of the tournament against Scotland.

2. Lark Davies (England)
Her throwing is in a different class to anyone else in this tournament, player of the match in the Slam decider.

3. Sarah Bern (England)
Could have been selected on the wing in this team, such is her all-round skillset. Also seems to have solved England’s scrum issues.

4. Madoussou Fall (France)
A giant presence, both literally and metaphorically. No one tackles harder than Fall who came of age.

5. Sam Monaghan (Ireland)
Harsh on Abbie Ward but Monaghan was immense for Ireland, missing only the England defeat. Loves an offload.

6. Alisha Butchers (Wales)
A successful campaign for Wales and Butchers was easily their best player. Key to wins over Ireland and Scotland.

7. Marlie Packer (England)
Probably the player of the tournament, she never seems to have a bad game and is relentless with and without the ball.

8. Evie Gallagher (Scotland)
Poppy Cleall has a strong claim, but Gallagher stepped up once Jade Konkel went down with injury and had a great campaign.
