Roshan Morris, 20, of Courtlands Close, Watford. On March 26, 2019, used a vehicle whilst using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fine, costs: £410. Six penalty points.

Jennifer Ann Lutherborrow, 56, of Springfield Road, Watford. On February 25, 2019, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £826. Six penalty points.
