Murder Trial Tonight 4: Death of a Landlord will be at the Swan Theatre in Wycombe on February 6 and 7.

The event, produced by Tigerslane Studios, is part of the fourth season of the popular production, which has already seen more than 125,000 audience members serve as jurors.

The show is known for its unique blend of stagecraft and social experiment, pushing the boundaries of courtroom drama and immersive storytelling.

The new case, Death of a Landlord, centres around the murder of Victor Sloane, a powerful landlord found dead in his office.

The only witness is his young child, and the accused is Tre Bennet, a tenant struggling with mental health issues and eviction threats.

As audience members, you will serve as jurors, listening to the prosecution and defence counsels present their cases, witnesses being cross-examined, and critical evidence being presented.

You will then deliberate in real time with fellow audience members and deliver your verdict: guilty or not guilty.

At the end of the trial, the real-life outcome of the case is revealed on the big screen.

Director Graham Watts said: "This isn’t just a show.

"It’s a test of our own biases and empathy.

"It forces you to confront uncomfortable truths about society and our justice system."

The production has received five-star reviews from critics and audiences alike, with its blend of immersive true-crime storytelling and live jury drama captivating seasoned theatre-goers and first-time visitors.

Founder and writer Steve Cummings said: "These cases follow you home.

"Jurors don’t stop dissecting every twist and turn once they leave the courtroom.

"Hours, or even days, later, whether at the dinner table, in a pub or online, the debates are still raging."

The show is recommended for those aged 16 and over and has a running time of two hours and 50 minutes, including an interval and deliberation.

The show is written and produced by Tigerslane Studios and directed by Mr Watts.

The production has been a hit in London's West End and other venues across the UK and Ireland.

With demand at an all-time high, Tigerslane Studios is preparing to take this jury-led experience international, bringing the theatrical phenomenon to new audiences around the world.

Tickets can be booked for the show at the Swan Theatre on the Trafalgar tickets website.
