A VW Golf has been seized in South Bucks after a driver tested positive for cocaine on a roadside drug wipe.

The car was stopped by Thames Valley Police Roads Policing officers over the weekend.

The driver was uninsured, and the car had no road tax since the start of the year and no MOT since June.

The force stated: "The driver then tested positive for cocaine on the roadside drug wipe so was arrested and taken to the police station for an evidential blood test.

"The vehicle has been seized and taken of off the roads and the owner will not get the vehicle back until everything is rectified.

"The driver has been reported and will have a wait for his blood results."
