Two companies have snapped up warehouses at a distribution park.

Goya Developments and Hillwood - a Perot Company - have completed leases for two units at Crest Distribution Park, near Junction 4 of the M40 in Wycombe.

Constant Air Systems has taken a lease of Unit 4, which is 28,826 sq ft, while Sky Tyres has taken up Unit 7, which is 14,515 sq ft, leaving only one unit available for lease.

Crest Distribution Park is an eight-unit speculative warehouse development, with buildings ranging from 7,500 to 30,000 sq ft.

Andy Stothard, development director at Goya Developments, said: "It’s great to get these two leases over the line, and we’re excited at the prospect of Crest Distribution Park being fully let in the near future.

"With our new development at Hurricane Urban Hub in Reading completing shortly, we’re delighted to see further growth in the South East."

Mills & Reeve acted for Goya/Hillwood on each of the lettings, and the team was led by real estate principal associate Graham Collier, alongside senior associate Emily Revel.

Mr Collier said: "We’re looking forward to seeing the site being fully occupied once the final unit is let."
