Three men have been sentenced for dealing cocaine in Aylesbury following a police investigation.

James Broomhead, aged 41, of Old Stoke Road, Aylesbury, was jailed for five years at Aylesbury Crown Court on July 31 after pleading guilty to two counts of being concerned in the supply of cocaine and two counts of acquiring, using or possessing criminal property.

Jah'meil Beckford, aged 23, of Wellesbourne Crescent, High Wycombe, was given a suspended sentence of two years at the same court, also on July 31, after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine.

The suspended sentence means Beckford will not serve any jail time unless he commits another offence within an 18-month period.

Callum Murphy, aged 27, also of Old Stoke Road, Aylesbury, was jailed for four years and one month at the same court on March 27 after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property.

In April 2024, Beckford's vehicle was stopped in Fairford Leys after he was seen conducting a suspected drug deal.

Beckford was arrested and a search of his vehicle revealed nearly £500 worth of cocaine.

Broomhead was forensically linked to the packaging on the drugs.

In November 2025, police carried out three drug raids at properties in Aylesbury, including the home addresses of Broomhead and Murphy.

Officers found a "large quantity" of cocaine in Broomhead's home, as well as a mobile phone that was being used to run a "well-established Class A drug line" in Aylesbury.

However, Broomhead was out of the country when the raids were carried out, and was only arrested when he flew back to the United Kingdom.

Murphy was arrested at his home, where officers seized his mobile phone and a significant amount of cash.

"Drug dealing brings misery to those affected by it and often leads to wider criminality and exploitation.

"I would like to thank all officers involved in this investigation, which has resulted in three offenders being brought to justice and held accountable for their actions."
