BBC One daytime favourite Money for Nothing has returned to Buckinghamshire, with filming taking place at the High Heavens and Beaconsfield recycling centres in April 2026.

The popular programme, fronted by presenter Sarah Moore, was back on site at the facilities operated by FCC Environment on behalf of Buckinghamshire Council.

The show follows expert designers and makers as they rescue unwanted items from the waste stream and transform them into something new.

During filming at the High Heavens recycling centre, a range of discarded items destined for disposal were salvaged and handed over to the programme’s craftspeople, who will turn them into valuable, repurposed creations for future episodes.

The return of the BBC One series shines a spotlight on the volume of reusable materials that still find their way into household recycling centres, highlighting the continued importance of reuse, repair and recycling in reducing waste and cutting carbon emissions.

FCC Environment says High Heavens plays a vital role in managing waste responsibly across the county and supporting Buckinghamshire’s move towards a more circular economy, where materials are kept in use for as long as possible.

By welcoming Money for Nothing back to the site, the waste management company says it is proud to support a programme that closely aligns with its sustainability objectives and commitment to resource efficiency.

The Buckinghamshire locations have featured in the series before.

The episodes are expected to air on BBC One later this year, bringing a familiar slice of local recycling life to daytime television audiences across the country.
