Two tickets have been issued to riders for breach of the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) that prohibits Pony and Trap racing, time trials and spectating on the A413 and A40.

Neighbourhood officers issued the tickets in Chalfont St Peter on Friday, August 7, after spotting the riders shortly after 6pm while on patrol.

In a post on social media, a spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: "Yesterday, two tickets were issued to riders in Chalfont St Peter for breach of the Public Place Protection Order (PSPO) that prohibits Pony and Trap racing, time trials and spectating on the A413 and A40.

"The riders were spotted by Neighbourhood Officers on patrol shortly after 6pm."
