A Papa John's branch could soon be open until the early hours of the morning

Spicy Tasty Pizza Ltd, the company running the Papa John's at 1 Thame House, 9 Castle Street, High Wycombe, has applied for a new premises licence.

If approved, the branch will be able to serve late-night refreshments indoors.

The proposed new hours are Monday to Thursday from 11pm to 1am, Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 3am, and Sunday from 11pm to 2am.

Details of the application can be viewed at the council offices in Aylesbury or online at the Buckinghamshire Council website.

People have until June 11 to make any comments or objections about the application.

These must be sent to the licensing section of Buckinghamshire Council, either by email or post.

Anyone making a statement that is found to be false in connection with the licence application could face an unlimited fine.

The application was submitted on May 15.
