The Norden Farm Kite Festival is set to return for 2026.

The annual community event will take place at Boyn Grove Park (Punt Hill) on Sunday, August 30, from 12pm to 4pm.

Festival-goers can look forward to an afternoon packed with activities, with free entry.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their picnic blankets or camping chairs to enjoy the live entertainment.

This year’s line-up features live music, storytelling, and dance performances.

The event will also host the Norden Farm pop-up bar and barbecue, alongside various local food stalls.

Kite enthusiasts can bring their homemade or pre-owned kites to fly, or purchase and decorate one on the day, subject to availability.

The Dhol Collective will be providing their lively drumming tunes, while the CAGED dance performance promises an explosive show set in a 3-metre-high birdcage.

There will also be live performances from musicians including Dhuryahdas, Kirsty and Ryan, and Chameleon.

Visitors can also try their hand at circus skills and explore stalls from Norden Farm’s artisan markets, offering handmade items like jewellery, candles, wood crafts, and gifts.

Food stalls will provide a range of cuisines, from Punjabi dishes by Ka Na, Italian street food by Presto, and barbecue options from Smoking Skewers.

For sweet treats, Epic Brownies, Agosti Gelato, Get Whisked Away, and Jessie’s Coffee Truck will be on hand.
