Tea, crafts, and creativity are coming together for a relaxing and social afternoon.

On January 24 and 25, Dobbies Garden Centre in Beaconsfield will launch its brand-new Crafternoon Tea Club, offering guests a mindful afternoon of creativity, connection and cake.

Attendees will take part in a 90-minute punch needle workshop using a wildlife-themed kit, suitable for complete beginners.

Ayesha Nickson, events programme manager at Dobbies, said: "This brand-new Crafternoon Tea Club at our Beaconsfield store is aimed at bringing people together to slow down and get creative.

"We’ve designed the workshop to be a relaxing, beginner-friendly experience and it’s a great way to spend time with friends and family members.

"Whether you’re looking to treat yourself, or gift an experience this Christmas, our Crafternoon Tea Club is the perfect present."

During the session, guests will enjoy a full afternoon tea served on three tiers.

The first tier includes freshly made finger sandwiches such as soft cheese and cucumber, ham with rocket and red onion chutney, prawn, and egg and watercress.

The second tier features Dobbies’ famous scones, both plain and fruit, served with Cornish clotted cream and jam.

The top tier includes sweet treats such as a mini Victoria sponge, lemon mousse, meringue kisses and coconut and cherry macaroons.

Unlimited tea and coffee refills are included.

Bookings can be made through the Dobbies website.
