A newly completed home in a Bucks town, built by a local family-run building contractor, has been shortlisted for a national award.

The new six-bedroom Beaconsfield house has been shortlisted for the Build It Awards 2025 in the category of Best Brick Home.

It was built by TB Projects, a construction company which is also based in the town.

The Georgian-inspired property has been recognised for its meticulous brickwork detailing and integration of traditional design with modern innovation.

Using 65mm Olde Reclamation bricks, the house showcases heritage techniques such as Flemish bond brickwork with queen closures, soldier course bands and bespoke brick arch lintels.
