Little pigs, pumpkins, and fancy dress promised to bring a touch of magic to this year’s Halloween festivities.

Kew Little Pigs Farm in Amersham hosted its annual Halloween Fancy Dress Competition on Friday, October 31, inviting families to join the fun in imaginative costumes for a chance to win a Silver Pig Adoption Package.

Olivia Mikhail, owner of Kew Little Pigs, said: "Halloween is one of our favourite times of year at the farm, it’s wonderful seeing families dress up and enjoy the magic of spending time with our pigs.

"This half term has been extra special with the arrival of Jilly’s beautiful piglets".

The competition was part of a week-long half-term celebration at the Buckinghamshire micro pig farm, where visitors were able to get up close and personal with the animals, including newborn piglets from proud mum Jilly.

Children were able to enjoy themed activities, learn about animal care and welfare, and explore educational displays throughout the farm.

The Silver Pig Adoption Package, awarded to the best costume, included special farm visits, updates, and the chance to support one of the adorable resident pigs.
