January 13
- Steven Unsworth, 35, of Blackwater Drive, Aylesbury. Theft – including theft by finding. On October 29, 2020, stole various items belonging to The Range in Aylesbury. Community order made. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Costs £180.
- Kenneth Jackson, 56, of The Acres, Downley. Failed without reasonable cause to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ by failing to attend planned phone appointments and failing to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse. Order to continue. Fined £100.
January 14
- Jake Pardoe, 24, of Kitchener Road, High Wycombe. Driving over the drug-drive limit. On the M3 in Basingstoke on July 24, 2020, had a proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £350. Costs £120. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
- Daniel Eames, 41, of Harries Close, Chesham. Assault by beating of a police officer on September 15, 2019, in Chesham. Compensation £50. Costs £250. Assault by beating of a police officer on September 15, 2019, in Chesham. Compensation £100.
- Alan Kiff, 53, of Parrot Close, Aylesbury. Harassment without violence. Between January 1, 2020, and March 6, 2020, in Aylesbury, pursued a course of conduct that amounted to harassment. Restraining order made. Fined £700. Compensation £70. Costs £735.
- John Tan, 57, of Grove Road, Beaconsfield. Driving over the 70mph speed limit on the M40 between junction 3 and 2 on June 28, 2020. The recorded speed was 108mph. Fined £1,140. Costs £204. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Sandra Tingle, 75, of The Gables, Haddenham. Driving a vehicle in Station Road, Haddenham, on August 28, 2020, without due care and attention. Fined £300. Costs £144. Driving record endorsed with six points.
- Arthur Nicholson, 77, of Nightingales Lane, Chalfont St Giles. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Amersham Road, Little Chalfont, on August 18, 2020. The recorded speed was 39mph. Fined £284. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.
January 15
- Aleem Aunka, 31, of Lennon Way, Aylesbury. Using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Aylesbury on October 30, 2020. Discharged conditionally for six months. Costs £107. Fail to stop a vehicle when required to by a constable or traffic warden on Granville Street, Aylesbury, on October 30, 2020. Discharged conditionally for six months.
- Azhar Khan, 46, of Buckingham Road, Aylesbury. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on August 21, 2020. Fined £40. Compensation £50. Costs £119.
- Callum Curry, 29, of Great Western Street, Aylesbury. Using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Aylesbury on January 12. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.
- Callum Curry, 29, of Great Western Street, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled drug of class B. In Aylesbury on January 14, had a quantity of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed.
January 18
- Thomas McFetridge, 33, of Slade Road, Stokenchurch. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Oxford Road, Stokenchurch, on December 15, 2020. Fined £120. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.
- Rachel Myers, 38, of Brockhurst Road, Chesham. Assault by beating in High Street, Chesham, on November 23, 2019. Community order made. Must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. Compensation £480.
