September 14

  • Martin Cramp, 48, of Grenville Green, Aylesbury. Fraud by false representation. Used a bank card belonging to someone else to make a gain of £295.65 in Aylesbury on December 13, 2018. Fined £80. Costs £115. No compensation ordered. 
  • Hassan Azam, 24, of Desborough Park Road, High Wycombe. Possession of a controlled drug of class B (cannabis/cannabis resin) in High Wycombe on July 3. Fined £215. Costs £119. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed. 
  • Andrew Walker, 51, of Ebble Close, Aylesbury. Theft – other – including theft by finding. On November 14, 2019, in Aylesbury, stole a black bag containing a Samsung phone, Michael Kors purse, an ID card, paperwork, a credit card, £5 in cash and a driving licence, all valued at more than £324. Compensation £229. 
  • Richard Harman, 31, of Station Road, Gerrards Cross. Possession of a controlled drug of class B (cannabis/cannabis resin) in Gerrards Cross on May 13. Fined £276. Costs £119. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed. 

September 15 

  • Mark Goddard, 60, of Totteridge Road, High Wycombe. Disclosed private sexual photographs and films with the intent to cause distress on January 3. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 24 months. Restraining order put in place. Costs £200. Disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 24 months. Disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 24 months. Must also carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. 
  • Renu Rawat, 38, of Foxleigh, High Wycombe. Assault by beating on April 24. Community order made. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. Costs £180. 
  • Ben Robinson, 21, of Northfield Road, Aylesbury. Receiving stolen goods. Between September 24, 2019, and September 29, 2019, in Aylesbury, dishonestly received three Canon camera lenses, a Canon EOS 700D camera, a Canon EOS 6D mark II camera, a micro SD card, two camera bags and lens parts, a gold Klaus watch, and a white Dyson fan valued at around £2,500. Committed to prison for 30 days consecutive to a sentence improved on August 25 by Aylesbury Crown Court (32 months).
  • Ben Field, 34, of Weedon Road, Aylesbury. Possession of an offensive weapon in a public place on January 5. In Meadowcroft, Aylesbury, had a knuckleduster. Fined £200. Costs £122. Knuckleduster forfeited and destroyed. Possession of a controlled drug of class B (cannabis) in Aylesbury on January 5. Fined £50. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed. Driving over the drug-drive limit in Meadowcroft, Aylesbury, on January 5. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving over the drug-drive limit in Meadowcroft, Aylesbury, on January 5. Fined £120. Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence on Meadowcroft, Aylesbury, on January 5. Driving record endorsed. 
  • Mohammed Hussain, 21, of Torridge Road, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled drug of class B (cannabis/cannabis resin) in Aylesbury on June 27. Fined £80. Costs £119. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed. 
  • Helen Santis-Okell, 39, of Andrews Way, Aylesbury. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Tring Road, Aylesbury, on September 23, 2019. The recorded speed was 37mph. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £104. Costs £119. Driving record endorsed with three points. 

September 16

  • Charlie Rudge, 24, of The Parkway, Iver Heath. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Wycombe Magistrates Court on October 23, 2019, by not attending unpaid work sessions on June 15 and July 6. Suspended sentence varied. Costs £60.
  • Ian Walker, 37, of Waterside, Chesham. Theft of a pedal cycle valued at £900 in Chesham on April 27. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. Costs £128. 
  • Andrew Smith, 58, of Church Lane, Stoke Poges. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Gravel Hill, Chalfont St Peter, on November 6, 2019. The recorded speed was 49mph. Fined £615. Costs £147. Disqualified from driving for 28 days. 
  • Costin Ursache, 24, of Monmouth Close, Aylesbury. Driving without third party insurance in Elmhurst Road, Aylesbury, on September 29, 2019. Fined £660. Costs £151. Disqualified from driving for six months. Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Driving record endorsed. 

It is established in the UK that court cases should be heard in public.
