A talk exploring the survival of Christianity in Palestine will be held in Marlow.

Taking place on June 20, Charlotte Marshall, director of Sabeel-Kairos UK—a Christian charity advocating for the rights of Palestinians, will speak at St Peter’s Catholic Church at 6.30pm on the future of Christianity under Israeli occupation.

Ms Marshall said: "Christians in Palestine are facing extinction - A wakeup call to the global Church."

She will share stories from the region, outline the existential threat faced by the 2,000-year-old Christian community, and discuss the broader historical and current context.

Sabeel-Kairos UK is a Christian charity that works for human rights, justice and equality for Palestinians in partnership/solidarity with the Christian community in the Holy Land, through mobilising UK Christians and Churches to take action.

Marlow Palestine Solidarity, which organised the event, has thanked St Peter’s Catholic Church in Marlow for their generosity in hosting and supporting this gathering.

Entry is free, though registration is required via TicketTailor.

Donations are welcome towards Sabeel-Kairos UK, St Peter’s Church and Marlow Palestine Solidarity.
