Popular dating show First Dates has returned to screens for a fresh season, this time with a man from High Wycombe included among the romantic hopefuls.

Channel 4's hit dating show is back for its 25th series, promising to bring us eclectic pairings between a former Lioness and a cat lover, a yoga teacher and a mindfulness coach, and a doctor and a "self-confessed geek".

The show, which has been running since 2013 and has distinguished itself with a BAFTA, follows hopeful singles as they go on their first (blind) dates at a fancy restaurant, overseen by Fred Sirieix and the rest of the show team.

Among the hopefuls this year is Andy, a tennis coach from High Wycombe.

The first episode of the new series aired on Channel 4 last night (April 10) with new episodes to be released weekly.

You can catch up and see how Andy got on by watching the first episode online via the Channel 4 website.
