October 21
- James Stephenson, 32, of Colne Road, High Wycombe. Failure to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistratesâ Court. Fined £40. Costs £60.
- Imran Mohammed, 42, of New Road, High Wycombe. Operating private hire vehicle without a license on October 16, 2019. Fined £259. Costs £1,375.
- Patryk Dziurdzikowski, 28, of Northern Road, Aylesbury. Driving without third party insurance on Bicester Road in Aylesbury on March 5. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fined £660. Costs £151.
- Imran Butt, 27, of Cromwell Avenue, Aylesbury. Failure to give information relating to the identification of a vehicle driver when required to by police. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Fined £750. Costs £160.
- David Lee, 57, of Abercromby Avenue, High Wycombe. Using a passenger vehicle with tyres below legal tread level on the A355 Farnham Road in Slough on January 20. Driving record endorsed with three penalty points. No totting disqualification due to mitigating circumstances. Fined £80. Costs £119.
- Hayley Norgate, 37, of North Crawley Road, Newport Pagnell. Driving over 30mph speed limit on Fen Street, Broughton, on September 24, 2019. The recorded speed was 36mph. Driving record endorsed with three penalty points. No totting disqualification due to mitigating circumstances. Fined £40. Costs £117.
- Nehman Akhtar, 22, of Gibson Road, High Wycombe. Driving over 30mph speed limit on Seymour Court Road, Marlow, on September 5, 2019. The recorded speed was 41mph. Driving record endorsed with three penalty points. Fined £76. Costs £117.
October 22
- Stephen Court, 41, of Mitchell Close, Aylesbury. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on May 26. Committed to prison for 28 days suspended for 12 months because alcohol involved and injury caused. Participate in an accredited programme for 30 days. Costs £213.
- Stephen Court, 41, of Mitchell Close, Aylesbury. On May 30, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Aylesbury. Committed to prison for 28 days consecutive to first offence. Overall length of sentence 56 days.
- Kevin Young, 35, of Fowler Road, Aylesbury. Obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of their duty in Blackwater Driver, Aylesbury, on August 5. Community order made. Must participate in an accredited programme for 30 days.
- Kevin Young, 35, of Fowler Road, Aylesbury. Theft from a shop. On August 19, at the Co-Op in Fairford Leys, stole alcohol valued at £6. Community order made. Compensation £6. Costs £180.
- Kevin Young, 35, of Fowler Road, Aylesbury. Theft from a shop. Stole alcohol valued at £29.99 from One Stop Shop in Summerville Way, Aylesbury, on September 9. Community order made. Compensation £29.99.
- Jamie Prankard, 20, of Fitkins Meadow, Weston Turville. Driving over the drug-drive limit on New Road, Weston Turville, on December 15, 2019. Fined £160. Costs £332. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
- Muhaib Rehman, 25, of Russell Avenue, Aylesbury. Using a motor vehicle on Carlton Close, Aylesbury, on March 29 without third party insurance. Fined £100. Costs £117. Driving record endorsed with six points.
It is established in the UK that court cases should be heard in public.
