On May 30, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Aylesbury.   • Kevin Young, 35, of Fowler Road, Aylesbury. Obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of their duty in Blackwater Driver, Aylesbury, on August 5. Community order made. Must participate in an accredited programme for 30 days.
