The plot is located on Spurlands End Road near Dormer Lane in Holmer Green and is described as being suitable for residential, commercial or agricultural use subject to necessary consent.

The size of the plot is undisclosed, but prices range from £6000 for 100m2, £8000 for 200m2, £9000 for 300m2 and £10,000 for 400m2.

The closest railway station is Great Missenden Station, roughly two and a half miles away with High Wycombe Station only three miles away.

The property is being marketed by Tribute Land, High Wycombe.

Building on green belt land on Spurlands End Road has been the subject of controversy before when plans for a gazebo where rejected in 2024 for infringing on green belt land.

At the time Buckinghamshire Council refused the permission for the three meter tall structure at his property 'Oldegate' as they thought it would reduce the 'openness.'
