A charity is hosting a free online workshop for people affected by lymphoma.

The event, run by Lymphoma Action, is for those in Buckinghamshire and will take place on Thursday, November 20.

The 'Live your Life' workshop is specifically designed to support individuals who have concluded their treatment for lymphoma or are under medical supervision, where treatment is not immediately necessary.

The sessions, which are interactive and unique, are conducted by someone who has personally experienced lymphoma.

They focus on providing guidance in managing the emotional aspects of the condition, alongside tackling treatment side effects.

Practical advice on maintaining physical activity, nutrition, and general wellbeing for those living with and beyond lymphoma will also be shared.

Participants will have the opportunity to converse with others, exchanging experiences and support.

The online session is free but requires prior booking.

These workshops are not recorded, ensuring that attendees must be present online to experience the event.

The 'Live your Life' workshop is open to friends and family members of those affected by lymphoma.

To learn more, or to reserve a spot, interested individuals are encouraged to visit the Lymphoma Action website.

Lymphoma Action remains the only charity in the UK solely focused on supporting individuals affected by lymphoma, the fifth most common cancer in the UK.
