One of the country's leading importers and distributors of food brands has moved into a new purpose-built headquarters in High Wycombe.

RH Amar, which launched 80 years ago, is now based less than a mile from Junction 4 of the M40.

They had initially been based along Coronation Road in the town.

The new headquarters offer expanded warehouse capacity, modern office space, and amenities designed with staff wellbeing in mind, including kitchen facilities, wellness rooms, and a games area.

A social hub named Henry’s Place, in honour of chairman Henry Amar, is also part of the new facility.

Rob Amar, managing director of RH Amar, said: "The move to our new headquarters is a special moment for our family business, and for me personally.

"It has been a long journey to get to this moment, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see colleagues’ excited reactions to our new home, which has been designed to support our expanding operations and long-term growth ambitions.

"It is a modern working environment for colleagues to enjoy and excel, and we look forward to welcoming our brand partners, customers and other visitors."

The relocation follows a period of significant growth for the company, which has reported double-digit revenue increases for each of the past five years.

RH Amar has recently added brands such as Branston, Dunkin’, Hermesetas, and Weetabix to its portfolio, further strengthening its position in the market.

The company works with brand owners to support sales, marketing, technical expertise, and distribution throughout the UK.
