Esso garage door boarded up after police cordon amid 'robbery' reports
The door to an A40 garage has been boarded up amid social media reports of a 'robbery' at the Asda Express and Esso premises.
The Holtspur petrol station on Oxford Road had a police cordon in place after what was described as a 'raid' and a 'robbery' yesterday morning, April 7, on the Facebook Holtspur Community group.
Now, a wooden panel has been placed over the door, which was shown to have been smashed in a video shared on the same page.
The footage shows a taped cordon and a police car in front of the garage.
A person can be heard to say that the staff were stood outside the shop.
