How to challenge a parking fine

You may be able to challenge your parking fine if you think it’s wrong.

You have 28 days to challenge a PCN, according to the UK Government (gov.uk).

The website adds: "If you do it within 14 days and your challenge is rejected, you may only have to pay 50% of the fine."

The rules for appealing a parking fine vary for different types of PCNs:
