A Buckinghamshire restaurant has been awarded three AA Rosettes.

The Greyhound, based in Beaconsfield, received the honour at the AA Hospitality Awards 2025/26, which took place on September 22.

Hosted at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London, the awards celebrated excellence across the UK’s hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, inns, and B&Bs.

Daniel Crump, who owns The Greyhound with his wife Margriet Vandezande-Crump, said: "We’re proud to receive this recognition from the AA.

"It reflects the hard work and dedication of the whole team, who strive every day to create an experience for our guests that is both enjoyable and consistent."

Three AA Rosettes are given to restaurants demonstrating national-level excellence in cooking.

According to the AA, recipients demonstrate consistent excellence in timing, seasoning, and flavour combinations, supported by intuitive service and carefully curated wine lists.

The award follows The Greyhound’s previous success in 2024/25, when it was named AA Restaurant of the Year (England) and also received an AA Notable Wine List Award in the same year.

The Greyhound is the couple’s first solo venture and opened in 2019.

Located in a Grade II-listed 17th-century coaching inn, the restaurant has gained a reputation for high-quality cuisine and welcoming service.

Mr Crump and Ms Vandezande-Crump previously worked at renowned London establishments including Petrus, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, and Trinity.
